The principle of CEMAS Machining Shop is to obtain the highest level of customer satisfaction through applying the IATF 16949 Quality Management System, determining the targets for processes, tracking the performances, continuous productivity, kaizen applications, keeping the process changes under control, simplified manufacturing, eliminating the non-value added steps and increasing the productivity.
All the products at the machining center are visually checked before dispatched to our customers, controlled according to the control plans that are separately prepared for each part and packed after the approval of the Quality Assurance Department and then sent to the customers along with the quality reports.
MEASUREMENT GAUGES IN USE AT THE MACHINING CENTER
Also all the critical dimensions are controlled with probes, marking gauges, pass-no pass gauges, thread gauges, tripod diameter micrometers.
