CEMAS, which was established by the Turkish State in 1976 in order to provide alloyed grinding products to cement and mining companies, was acquired by Isiklar Holding in 1995. ÇEMAŞ was awarded ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 quality certificates by Bureau Veritas and all processes are being executed within these certificates’ scope along with on-going betterments. ÇEMAŞ has also GL, BV, RINA certificates which are required especially by marine companies. Keeping ‘’Quality First’’ motto in mind ÇEMAŞ as enhancing its quality has been serving to leader local and international companies in the fields of white goods, machinery, automotive etc... .

2009 Second Disamatic line was put into operation.
2010 Started trading on the stock exchange through public offering.
2011 New machining building was opened.
2011 Number of CNC machining center benches increased to 20.
2012 New line investment that will increase capacity by 100% was started.
2012 Company shares started to be traded on IMKB National Market.
2013 ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification was completed.
2013 5 CNC machining centers were purchased.
2013 OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification was completed.
2014 ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification was completed.
2014 Number of CNC machining centers became 23.
2015 New horizontal molding line was put into operation at full capacity.

2015 Newly added factory building was put into service.
2016 New 80 liter core machine was ordered.
2016 New continue hanger cleaning machine was ordered.
2016 New spectrometer device was purchased.

2017 A new core hall building investment was made.

2021 A Disamatic C3-B-350 line investment was made.
2021 Heinrich Wagner Sinto (HWS) EFA – SD 5.5 horizontal molding line was commissioned.
2021 2 MC-100 Simpson multi coolers were commissioned.
2021 Induktotherm brand 2500 kW, 3 sets, 4 tons / hour capacity induction furnace (Dual Power) was commissioned.
2021 An investment was made in 3 automatic grinding machines. (one each of 400, 500 and 550)
2022 Cataphoresis and powder coating facility was commissioned. Approval processes have been started with customers.
2022 Natural gas car-based heat treatment furnace was commissioned.
2022 Additional CNC investments were made for model manufacturing.
2022 Drum cleaning machine was put into operation.
2023 A new CMM device was purchased.
2023 Drum cleaning machine order was placed.
2023 The number of CNC processing centers became 57.
